Services  ›  Onboarding & Enablement

A new hire can be useful in days instead of months.

What we build

The first ninety days, treated as craft.

Most onboarding ends when the laptop arrives. Provisioning is not onboarding, and the gap between hire date and first contribution is a number you can actually move.

Nobody in this category owns onboarding. It shows up as a bullet inside an HR outsourcing menu, or as courseware somebody bought.

First-90-days design

For a specific role, not a generic new hire.

Narrative frameworks

The story, the product truth, and the confidence, installed before day one.

Ramp systems

Enablement that cuts time-to-productive and can be measured.

Whole functions

Standing up departments the company has never had.

Documentation

Materials your team runs without us in the room.

The bar

Your first cold call should be ready to close.

Most onboarding is designed to make a new hire feel welcome. That is fine, and it is not the point. The point is that a person you are paying should be able to contribute, and how fast they can is a number you get to decide.

We built exactly this for a virtual-first emergency-medicine startup standing up its first inbound team, fast, when nothing could wait. Not ramped by month three. Useful on day one, because the day-one work was done before day one.

The first cold-call session turned into a sale. That is what onboarding is for.

The case

What a designed ramp does.

Situation, intervention, result. No client names, because the people work is confidential by nature.

Virtual-first emergency medicine · COVID era

Onboarding that closed on day one

A startup standing up its first inbound-call team from nothing, at speed, when nothing could wait.

Built the onboarding and the narrative frameworks so a new rep had the story, the product truth, and the confidence before the first dial.

The first cold-call session turned into a sale. The company was successfully exited.

B2B sales consultancy · 2019

A new function that became a profit center

A sales organization with no marketing function and no inbound pipeline.

Stood up the marketing division from scratch and standardized the enablement behind a growing cross-functional team of eight.

A new profit center and an inbound-lead engine. Training time cut 40%.

Series A clean-energy startup · 2024

Onboarding and a department, from zero

A clean-energy company hiring faster than it could absorb people, with no marketing function in place.

Created the onboarding and stood up the marketing department.

Both functions operating, with new hires productive on a designed ramp instead of an improvised one.

Thirty minutes. No pitch.
